Diversity in a community shows sustainability. Our two congregations, Blessed Temple and Peace Lutheran are a living testament to the fact that all people are God's people under one 'Son'. Our congregations came together in 2009 when we both had a great need. God was at work when he sent Pastor Norris to our door to ask if we had room for another congregation to worship, It was a good fit, Since then our two different congregations, worship styles and outreach programs have become single minded on what our goal and work is as Christian. 'To love one another as he first loved us'. Peace and BTCC have a wonderful time working together throughout the year on various outreach programs. Our ministries benefit the community in ways that are far larger than dinner or a warm blanket. We bring people together to touch each others lives, to share their stories, to share a common bond and to know that they are loved and forgiven by Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
